《TAIPEI TIMES》 Taipei 101 operator and Cathay unveil Taichung project
Taipei 101 operator Taipei Financial Center Corp and Cathay Life Insurance Co signed an agreement to jointly develop a new project named Landmark Taichung. The building will have 34 floors above ground and seven basement floors, located near Taichung MRT City Hall Station, with a total floor area of about 155,000m2. The project includes a shopping mall from B1 to the seventh floor, aiming to offer innovative retail experiences and diverse lifestyle options. The green building is expected to be completed in 2029 and open for operations in 2030 with an initial investment of NT$4.5 billion.
